Job Description:

Are you passionate about marketing, especially the world of online advertising? Do you love crafting strategies that drive impactful results? If you have at least 2 years of experience managing campaigns across major platforms, we want you! We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the brands we work with through your love for digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide full management of all paid campaigns for the brands we work with.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute effective media plans and paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Discovery, Pmax), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, Bing, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver successful online activity outcomes.
  • Use your deep understanding of digital advertising to manage budgets, optimize performance, and analyze data.
  • Write compelling ad copy that captures attention and drives conversions.
  • Prepare detailed, data-driven reports and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Ensure best results by collaborating with the client’s team!

What You Bring:

  • A love for marketing with a special focus on online advertising.
  • Fluent English skills, both spoken and written (impeccable grammar is a must).
  • A proven track record of managing Google Ads campaigns and Meta Ads campaigns.

SEO Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a search engine optimization (SEO) specialist with one year experience. At the highest level, this role is about excellent consultancy that helps leverage SEO in the most beneficial way for our partners.

The way we see it -Effective SEO consultancy should lead to increased organic traffic to the website, higher search engine rankings, and improved user engagement. These outcomes can ultimately drive more conversions and revenue for the business. Additionally, a well-executed SEO strategy can enhance the business’s online visibility and brand authority.

The job of an SEO specialist is to guide action and advise on strategy. Data and creativity are key to this role; one direction is to use data to create, while the other is to use data to confirm your creative ideas. It will require you to find valuable insight, find solutions to problems, and uncover opportunities in an ever-changing technological and digital world.


Responsibilities (your day-to-day)
You’ll be exposed to real-world client work, and we’ll expect you to be a valuable, contributing member of our team while you learn.
You will be given full ownership of several client’s activity for whom you will be responsible for the following:

  • Cooperate with clients to plan and execute their digital strategy.
  • Undertake technical SEO audits and work with development teams to implement required changes, and follow up with quality assurance.
  • Conduct ongoing research on behalf of clients and create relevant content plans accordingly.
  • Monitor, evaluate, & act to improve the technical health of their websites.
